New Workout Program in the works...
I am going to be trying a new workout routine and some new supplements over the next few weeks before I recommend them to you guys. Wish me luck! I'll be sure to update you on how they work ;) This is gonna be a tough one!
I am a Martial Artist. I enjoy exercising, anything from running, biking, hiking, lifting, grappling to kicking a heavy bag. Not too many years ago I took a look in the mirror and decided that I did NOT like what I saw. I got myself a personal trainer, got back into martial arts and with the help of some great people along the way I am now a much lighter version of myself ;) (60lbs lighter to be exact). I am now committed to being one of those "great people" for someone else. I look forward to helping you with your journey to better health! I'll see you on the mat!
