- I am a Martial Artist. I enjoy exercising, anything from running, biking, hiking, lifting, grappling to kicking a heavy bag. Not too many years ago I took a look in the mirror and decided that I did NOT like what I saw. I got myself a personal trainer, got back into martial arts and with the help of some great people along the way I am now a much lighter version of myself ;) (60lbs lighter to be exact). I am now committed to being one of those "great people" for someone else. I look forward to helping you with your journey to better health! I'll see you on the mat!
